Por más desolador que sea el dolor crónico, el sufrir en silencio es todavía peor. La combinación puede hacer mucho daño. 

Es por eso que, desde el comienzo de este canal, me he enfocado, no en ocultar el dolor, sino en apuntar hacía la alegría. Tengo la esperanza de que estos recordatorios te den la oportunidad de encontrar tu voz y compartirla.

As painful as chronic pain is, I can only say that suffering in silence can hurt most. The combination can be difficult, to say the least. 

This is why, from the beginning of this channel, I have focused not on covering the pain but on finding the joy. I am hopeful that these reminders will give you a chance to find your voice and share it.
